As for undergraduate studies at the University of Florida School of Music, substantial scholarship monies are available to students who successfully audition into the bassoon studio as music majors (note: the UF application for admissions must be completed by November 1st!).

 

Prospective graduate students (MM/DMA) who successfully audition will be automatically considered for a graduate assistantship, which includes a full tuition waiver and stipend amounts anywhere from $8000-$10,560. Teaching duties possibly include, but are not limited to: instructing undergraduate bassoonists and instructing the bassoon methods course for Music Education majors.
